Jacob Wilken has been the journalism teacher at Wichita West High School since the fall of 2018. He advises the yearbook, newspaper, and a student news podcast. He recently earned his master’s degree in journalism education from Kent State University, where he completed his master’s project focused on creating accessible student newspaper websites.
