A three-way tie for first in sports photography set the tone for a month of ties in the April KSPA Photo of the Month contest.
Joseph Anderson of Lawrence, Marisa Walton of Shawnee Mission East and Jordan Reinhardt of Blue Valley Northwest shared first place by scoring 47 of 50 points in the sports category, while Kirsten Fisher of Maize had the highest point total (49) with her academics photo.
